Creative fixes Dolby and DTS decoding for X-Fi

Creative X-Fi soundcards have been around for two years and there has been complains that the company is slow in releasing drivers for its X-Fi series of soundcard. And after the not-so-recent driver fiasco, Creative has finally gotten its act together to release vista-capable drivers that fix the hardware Dolby Digital and DTS decoding for its X-Fi cards.

Fixes:
-Resolves issue of system crash when switching to an unsupported sampling rate in Audio Creation Mode while Dolby Digital Live is enabled.
