The Creative ZEN Mozaic now comes in blue! This seems to be just a color update to the Mozaic with no change in spec. We have no word yet on which capacity the blue Mozaic will come in but once we do, you guys will be the first to know. After toying with the Mozaic, I realised that the headphone jack is really tight! Each time I pull out my earphones, I have this awful feeling that the whole jack whould come out. I certainly hope this would not snowball into the previous ZEN Micro head jack issue. Any of you who have the Mozaic have a similar problem?

My Zen mozaic often hangs when in use and the bundled software doesn't work when I am trying to put videos in. I was wondering do you have the same problems?

Try dragging and dropping the video instead of using Creative software to transfer media.
You may want to try using the Creative video Converter to convert the video instead. Dragging the video into the Moziac won't work too as videos to be encoded into the Mozaic's proprietary video format.
Yah i got my Zen mozaic for christmas and tried installing the software and i wont. Is there any way i could put videos on my mozaic without using the bundled software?
